报告题目： Brunn-Minkowski Theory and Minkowski Problem

报告摘要：In this talk, we will recall the history of the Brunn-Minkowski theory and how to solve the Minkowski problem by using Aleksandrov’s variational method, the continuity method and geometric flow. In particular, we discuss a recent joint work with Chuanqiang Chen and Yiming Zhao using the anisotropic Gauss curvature flow to study the regularity of the L^P dual Minkowski problem.

报告人简介：

黄勇，2007年博士毕业于清华大学，现任湖南大学数学云顶yd222线路检测教授，副院长。主要从事非线性偏微分方程和几何分析的研究, 近五年来在Minkowski问题及Monge-Ampere方程的研究中得到了相关对偶Minkowski问题的存在性、正则性等结论, 从而提出了求解退化Monge-Ampere方程的新方法。结果分别发表在Acta Mathematica、Journal of Differential Geometry、Advances in Mathematics、Mathematische Annalen等国际知名数学杂志。发表在国际顶尖数学期刊Acta Mathematica论文于2017年获得世界华人数学家联盟首届最佳论文奖“银奖”。 2016年获得国家自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金，入选中组部第四批“万人计划”科技创新领军人才。
